This is our house drip! Dark, bold, full-bodied with notes of earth and dark chocolate. Our darkest blend, rich, low acid, and an excellent coffee for drip. The name comes from a local landmark in the Kittitas Valley where you can watch the sunset across the Mt. Stuart rage. Check out this video from the Ellensburg Downtown Association.
