The name refers to the dark, almost blue color of the green beans. The bean is Indonesian, grown in the Lintong region, near Toba Lake in Central Sumatra. The name Lintong is from the ancient tribe that inhabited the area.
Roasted to a medium dark roast. Meduim-bodied coffee with low acid and fragrant aroma.
